Overhaul of parts of double beam bridge crane


1. Limiter


Carry out electrical test on the limit positioner of the existing double beam bridge crane, check whether the equipment is intact, replace the damaged products of the same model in time, and make specific records.


Check all the limit equipment connected with the limit frame fastening bolts, if loose or damaged, corrective measures should be taken.


Two, limit ruler


In order to recognize the integrity of the double beam bridge crane limit gauge, the cart/trolley will move to the specified position, adjust the position of the limit equipment, so that the limit equipment and limit equipment touch, can effectively stop the equipment.


Three, reducer


The appearance of the double beam bridge crane reducer is cleaned, and the cloth is used to scrub the surface of the reducer oil and dust


Remove the reducer fastening bolt, remove the upper box, clean the upper box and the lower box touch parts, remove the appearance of the old sealant and oil, and clean the cloth. The touch surface of the upper and lower gear box is coated with special sealant (sealant conflict method: cross S shape). Assembling the reducer: when the upper and lower boxes are connected, the touch surface should be parallel to the whole box, and the fastening bolt (diagonal tightening).


Add special lubricating oil for reducer on the designed oil level.


Adjust cables and replace damaged electrical appliances


Placement and bundling of vehicle cables. In case of cable aging or damage, Party B shall immediately report to Party A and check the connection status of cable joints and electrical equipment of double beam bridge crane. If loose or separated, it should be fastened immediately to ensure good touch. Remove damaged electrical equipment and replace similar equipment.


Lighting equipment installation and remote control


According to the requirements of Party A, the lighting equipment is installed at the designated place, and the lighting power supply starts from the double beam bridge
